The property is built on a 3 hectares (7.5 Acres) land overseeing the northeast landscape of San Miguel de Allende’s beautiful landscape. A contemporary design by award-winning architect Walther Lingard, Casa Solis was conceived to take all advantages of San Miguel’s gentle warm weather and great luminosity.
A deep water well and reservoirs for a total of 80,000 liters (around 20,000 gallons) including rainfall recycling keeps enough water supply for home, orchard and pool needs.

Olive, prunes, apples, mediar and peaches trees. Suitable for vineyard, Casa Solis’ land and weather conditions are able to lodge a domestic wine production. An environment responsible design includes an irrigation by drip system.
